Brief de Design de Logo

We need a logo and name for our mustard sauce. The name of the company is Bird's BBQ but that is a throwback to an old nickname of mine. Could probably have a bird subtly in the logo if it makes sense. The current leader for us for the sauce name is Sunshine Sauce or Sunnyside Sauce, playing off the yellow mustard color and our location in San Diego. I uploaded a crude drawing as an initial inspiration (very crude, which is why I am here!). Also would like a gator somewhere on it as an homage to my Florida roots. Feel free to draw from it or go down your own path. Also uploaded a photo of the sauce itself. Looking to get a logo/label design to start manufacturing and packaging in a few weeks.
