Brief de Design de Logo

We need a logo design for a new company based in Dallas, Texas called Innovative Protein Processing, LLC. The business will be taking already slaughtered chicken pieces (so parts like you get in the grocery store) and cutting them into different consumer parts. For instance, a large chicken breast cut into a smaller piece and the trim sold as chicken tenders and nuggets. The industry is called "further processing". Logo design should focus on the word "Innovative" but also include Protein Processing LLC. Logo should not include an animal, but could depict speed and movement to communicate urgency (product will be fresh and will need to move quickly through the process). Cleanliness and safety would also be part of the business model. If any of these things help spark a design idea, that's great.
