Brief de Design de Brochure

I am looking for a brochure that can be put in a plastic door hanger bag and distributed as I walk throughout neighborhoods. It should be mainly directed towards Sellers, but have a nod to Buyers as well since once sold, the person will need to buy.
I was planning on a tri fold brochure, but am open to other styles. I do have a bio, and am on the fence as to whether or not to include it.

• There is an equal housing opportunity symbol and Realtor symbol that is required by law, I am trying to find artwork for it. As well as "Not intended to solicit represented parties" has to be on the brochure somewhere.

• Photos of homeowner's in a nice home. I like mixed family relationships. Interracial, same sex couples and young couples just starting out.
