Brief de Design de Logo

We are looking for a logo design and branding for an exisitng Pizzeria (Fortunatos) in St Petersburg FL. The exisiting business has been recently purchased with plans for an entire demolish and rebuild as 'Crafty Squirrel' possible tag line 'pizzeria + taphouse'

The new concent wants to be a high engergy, full serivce bar with unique artisian style pizza's and twisits on icconic pizzeria menu items and cocktails. The venue will also have a 36-48 draft beer selection, showcasing all the local craft beer in the Tampa Bay Area.

• Initially I was thinking of a Squirrel with a monocle and top hat but that style has been way over done.
