Brief de Design de Logo

I need a LOGO Design that will go specifically on a HangTag for product. It will not be the logo for whole brand as it will be shapped differently. This is for a swimwear company. The hangtag will be in the shape of a Thorn(think curved triangle) I believe this needs to be in AI format, not sure what that means in technical terms but I know it needs to be done on phtotshop and have a transparent background to be able to be transported to a hangtag.

In addition I need The logo of the words done seperaetly

• "Thorn" should be solid both in gold color (see photo for example)

Bien d'avoir

• I would like to see a copied version of the text that I hand drew, just perfected on photoshop. See attached images. Then I would like to see that specific font once created, put in the shape I am going for on my Hangtag(thorn) see attached sketches.
