Brief de Design de Logo

A coalition of community groups helping to protect NYC's small businesses needs a logo. United for Small Business NYC is a coalition of groups across New York City that work through organizing, research, and advocacy, to prevent the displacement of New York's commercial tenants, in particular long standing small businesses and those run by low and moderate income immigrant and minority business owners.

This should be something we can put on both printed material and online on a separate website, or as a header on a memo. We would ideally like a storefront awning with USBNYC on it.

We would like a design that is strong, modern and energetic. Nothing too youthful. And something that communicates equity / equality, community and development. We would like a logo where (1) the abbreviation USBNYC can stand alone and (2) the full initiative name United for Small Business is present MOST important - this logo should NOT reflect or communicate corporate, banking, insurance, or conservative styles.
