Brief de Design de Flyer

Heights Pet Hospital needs a brochure to promote our veterinary hospital. These will be delivered to local mailboxes. I would like to see atleast 2 submissions from each designer.
One submission conservative and A4 folded DL and another submission more radical and interesting with innovative folding or crazy concepts. Maybe the brochure could be designed to fold into a dog house ?
I want at least one version to be VERY SIMPLE AND INTIMATE.

Please use colors and images from the new website, and information from the old website. The heading font used in the new site is Zetafonts - Kitten Slant Monoline
I want the brochure to be simple and engaging on first view, and then provide the opportunity to find more information if desired. The brochure needs to be captivating on the outside so people don't throw it away immediately.

We will soon need letterhead, flags, pens, business cards, signs and vouchers so there is the opportunity for more work for the successful designer.
