basically I do not understand the brief at all!

you need wording? and the wording goes where exactly?
you want 3 illustrated buttons, one for each step? are they to be symbols in one colour, line drawings or what exactly
what are the links that you have listed for exactly? are these what need illustrating?
where does the illustration or illustration go ? where the side menu is on the bali retreat page?
