Brief de Design Application

We need a design for a new app we are currently developing.
This app enables chatting (instant message or phonecall) between the owners of two cars, using only the license plate number.
Of course, previously, at signup, the owner's phone number will have to be linked to his specific license plate number.
The design should be intuitive, not very colourful but with colour accents (maybe green).
Attached you will fin a mockup of some screens.
