Brief de Design de Brochure

I am looking for refinement on this idea for an advertising letter-box drop of an A6 postcard.
Side 1 - our brand, the address, "15% discount if you present this card before Dec 31"

We are a new retail concept in terms of the store concept.

Side 2 - i want to highlight where the products are from, what materials are used, emphasis on cool, fresh, different, affordable, the product ranges grouped by colours (storage &organisation items in 1 colour or font, illumination products in 1 colour or font, furniture in 1 colour or font, decor in 1 colour or font, curios is 1 colour or font, fasion in 1 colour or font, others in a 1 colour or font)

Marché(s) Cible(s)

Home-makers (men and women) and women of all ages. Decision makers for home furnishings. Cross demographic - this is not premium..affordable to all social strata.
The brand is about fun, colourful and functional home stuff. The fashion stuff is a small percentage of the overall offer - targeting women who should spoil themselves as they spoil their families with nice stuff for the home.
