Brief de Design de Logo

We need a logo for a new company specializing in innovative education and training for psychotherapists. We do online training for licensing exams, continuing education for license renewal, and training professional development. We also provide advocacy tools -- all of what we do is to help therapists advance their work.

The final logo should be relatively simple and bold, and should play off of the "Labs" in our title (please no brain images or other psychology iconography) to communicate our innovative and experimental nature. Fewer colors is better -- either a red/black combination or a blue/gray combination is best.
