Background:
Total Garage Solutions started with the vision of residential retrofit garage doors, service/repairs with a line extension into flooring and organizational systems and to deliver quality & reliability that would truly make people smile. The flooring & organizaitonal systems never came to life & based on current informatin will not.
This was the inspiration for our logo “words” & the happy face. You can see our logo at TGSgaraggedoors.com
Over the past few years we have been exploring/dabbling in the commercial market which could expediential increase volume.
We set up a separate digital campaign and used a variation of our logo that dropped the house and smile face and a stronger font. Logo can be seen at certifiedgaragedoorrepairs.com Based on recent learning on the required time and $ required to penetrate the commercial market we may prioritize our product mix differently including adding entry doors in the next 6 months.
Current Situation:
Our logo and name is not working for the purposes of branding, and or SEO across all segments.
We changed our domain name from tgsisthebest.com to TGSgaragedoors.com 3 years ago.
Our domain name TGSgaragedoors.com is several years old so we are reluctant to change ( SEO)
Because we still own tgsisthebest.com albeit only using for redirect I am not sure how it affects SEO
Total is now meant to convey full service vs. all aspects of your garage
Goal: Create a name, logo & domain name that:

Note: Overhead Garage Doors ( overhead speaks to commercial, garage speaks to residential, both speak to garage and doors makes it clear) This is perfectly communicates to the buyer and has high impact on SEO.

Reason: This was my 1st time using this tool and it took me a little longer than anticipated to get up and running to invite designers. I want to give everyone an equal chance.

I am grateful for everyone's participation, support and inspiration for this project. It was my 1st time using design crowd and I will use it again. I am selecting a 1st, 2nd and a few participation awards as well. I will have everything updated by EOD today. I apologize that I wasn't able to provide more constructive feedback on those designs we eliminated I was confused by the process however am committed to doing better next time.
