Brief de Design de Logo

Intro:
My name is Tom and I need a logo designed for my deli and catering business. After years in the deli business working for family I am going out on my own. Over the years the one thing that has bothered me is how little attention small businesses pay to branding and logo design. They like to just slap a name on a sign and go. I'm hoping you can help create a great logo for me.

Business:
Italian/American deli offering the community breakfast, lunch, and dinner options along with an extensive catering menu for parties and events. I will also cater to a wide variety of corporate clients on a regular basis. We do not serve alcohol and we don't have interior seating.

The feel of the deli will be warm similar to a cafe or starbucks concept. There will be lots of warm colors used.

The design should translate quality without losing a hip factor. We are a young educated group making great food we are passionate about.

The name is: Luca's. I will include Gourmet Deli and Catering underneath the name of the business (Luca's) in smaller font. I would like to have some type of creative illustration that can go with and without the name of the business depending on where it is used. I'm open be creative! Thanks! Also I uploaded some logos I liked. It may help with direction.
