Woman's hair is shoulder length, brunette, pulled back and kept in a braid. The sword is a katana and I'll update the brief to reflect that also.

Is this natural Insect type armour or has it been manufactured in some way? i.e. Silver/ Metal?

The segmented armoured body would be natural to the insect, like the hard bodies that grasshoppers, locusts and scorpions have, like an exoskeleton. If you read Revelation 9:1-11, this is the description that I'm trying to match. The description is probably open to interpretation, but since the Bible refers to it as a "locusts", I want readers to be able to identify it as one. Revelation 9:-111 will outline what it should look like. The picture/drawing that you provide does not need to show the teeth nor the horse-like legs.
