Brief de Design Illustration

I need an illustration of a cartoonish robot for an advertising campaign that I am working on. The concept is "Don't let your Strategic Plans become BOTS" (Books On The Shelf). Some visual relationship between the robot and a Strategic Plan book and/or bookshelf would be great.

We provide a web-based strategy management system that allows local governments to track, monitor, update, and report on the implementation progress of their strategic plans in real-time.

I want the design to be a cartoonish in nature (with a devious but friendly allure), but not overly child-like.
