Brief de Design de Logo

Help To Create Peaceful Cities By Giving This Non Profit a New Logo To Go With A New Websites We Will Base Of The Logo

We need a logo for http://www.peacefulcities.org . This is a website that organizes people to get together to meditate and send peaceful intentions to their city during certain times of the year. The project is also doing research during these periods to see if it affects crime rates and other crime statistics. We want the idea of bringing peace to cities and the lotus flower would be nice. We like the logo on http://www.chopra.com and our website will look like that and http://lynnemctaggart.com/

The sketch that we provided is a lotus flower breaking through the concrete of the city to reach the sun but don't use that exactly unless it is not complicated. It might be too much going on.

The idea is that they Peaceful Cities teaches coherence meditation and the use intentional meditation to bring peace to cities. They are actually doing research on it to see if it affects crime rates. The lotus flower coming out of the city street is based on the idea of when you start doing this intentional coherence meditation you start feeling uplifted and the dark cloud of life and world problems bringing you down ceases to be so strong and eventually disappears. The external benefit it still being studied but from many testimonials from participants we have learned that when you meditate for peace the feeling of being stuck like you can't do anything about the world's problems are lifted and you get a renewed spirit and are more open to possibilities. Hence it is like a flower breaking out of the concrete of the city streets reaching for the sun and getting showered with joy, gratitude and love.
