Brief de Design de Logo

i need a logo to be used on all standard marketing items: web, business cards, letterhead, etc. i am a one man show in real estate flipoing houses in the pennsylvania, maryland, delaware and washington dc areas. Investor. Realtor. Contractor.

My main audience I care about is distressed sellers. People behind on their mortgage, estate sales, fires, neglected maintenance, etc. I want these people to call me knowing that I can buy their hhouse fast cash, accurately bid and perform any work, and i am a licensed realtor. No matter their goal, 1 source property service should be the place they call. There are lots of fast cash people, realtor, and contractors advertising but I want separate myself by having all options under one roof. I want people to feel that I am there to help and not just give them a low cash offer. I can present the options and they can choose what is best for their circumstance.

My knowledge and vision stops with the company. I haven't put thought into, nor do I have an expectation for a logo. I do want to do some gorilla marketing in post cards and yard signs to drive to the web when that is available.
