What does your organization do?
We are a podcast that aims to make an example of successful restaurateurs. These successful people share their knowledge, stories, and insight with our listeners. It is an educational experience for our listeners. We are somewhat laid-back. We like the interviews to be more conversational and CERTAINLY NOT scripted.
Who is your target market?
Aspiring restaurant owners and professionals. We want restaurant industry professionals who do not listen to podcasts to possibly see this logo and think “maybe I should seek out this resource whether it’s a podcast or not; I need to hear what these people have to say.” But we also want people who already listen to podcasts to see this logo as a piece of art that sticks out from the very saturated podcast crowd.
Who are the main competitors to your organization?
Podcasts that are our competitors: Restaurant Owners Uncorked, Secret Sauce, The Restaurant Marketing Podcast, The Restaurant MBA Podcast, Operating A Profitable Restaurant With Restaurant Solutions, Inc.
How does your organization differ from others?
It’s geared toward individuals behind great restaurants rather than the restaurant itself. We want to attract great people who happen to own restaurants instead of just the people who happen to work at a great restaurant. We like people who have a positive overall impact on the industry.
The history of your organization?
Our podcast has existed for over three years. We have over 320 episodes and average about 2,000-3,000 downloads per episode. We have had two previous designs/logos. The first one was not professionally done and looked very poor. Our current design is better but still, stinks. We like the clean black and white silhouette looks to be carried over to our new design but with more aesthetically pleasing and modern undertones.
Why are you seeking design services?
We are seeking design services to improve our current design. We are not a new company and we are not rebranding. We just need a new logo. Our logo is just old and tired.
What message do you want to convey with your business?
Hospitality. Positivity. Personal Growth. Success. Education and learning.
What are your goals? To have our logo become cleaner and more suggestive to the idea that it’s a hospitality-driven podcast.
