Brief de Design de Logo

We need a logo for a new company based in Austin called Parandama. It is an Estonian word meaning "improve" and a tagline for the website will be "improve yourself".
The site will be a way for people to teach, learn or just share what they know with other people with similar interests in separate communities of different topics, such as cooking, arts & crafts, photography, electronics, automation, creative writing, pets, fashion, cycling, travel, etc. Anything people are interested in can become a community (assuming it is legal!) and that community will be all about that topic and only that topic, including any advertising. People can create videos (for a fee or with ads), courses (for a fee), sell their own creations, create groups and hold meetings, post pictures and updates, follow others, comment on other's posts, etc. It will be a way for people who are interested in something to find a very focused community of like-minded people to improve their skills and help others.
There will also be a way for people to donate part or all of their profits to their favorite charities as we will be working with charities to build interest in the site and get people involved to earn money for donations.
Parandama is all about improving yourself and others you care about doing things you love.
The logo should include the site name Parandama and some image or something that makes you think improvement or growth. I like earth tones but am not fixed on that. I am really open on most everything except the name and a feeling of improvement or growth. Thanks!

• The attached image is a very crude design showing steps as a way to show growth or improvement. The different colors represent the different communities on the site. Each community will have its own specific color. So multiple colors would be nice, but not necessary.
