Brief de Design de Logo

This is for a new company that designs and prints funny jokes and sayings on tote bags, clothing, notepads and kitchen towels. For example I will print this saying on a notepad: "You never know what I have up my sleeve. Today, for example, it was a dryer sheet." And, on a kitchen towel, I have printed "An apple a day can keep anyone away. If you throw it hard enough." Typical wise crack jokes. On a totebag, I printed "My dentist told me that I need a crown. I was like, I KNOW, RIGHT?" I printed a shirt with. "Sorry I'm late. (But I didn't want to come)" I'm using the word whiskey jack only because it rhymed with wise crack. I will be selling the items mostly at craft shows. I will use the logo on price tags, table drapes, and business cards for the most part.

• Whiskey Jack is a Canadian bird, however the word "wise" (crack) is a pun in the logo that refers to an owl. I want wings in the design, but I don't want the wings to be known from what bird they came. I would like one color only - black. I need to leave room at the bottom for tag line, which I don't have yet. It will be something like "Let's all share a laugh", "We need more laughter", "If it's funny, we'll share it!"

• I think I want the design to be oval shaped, or rounded rectangle. I put some pictures together in the attachment- I will explain them here: I like the busy logo of the whiskey jack and the jack daniels bottles, but I don't want the logo to look like a whiskey bottle. The pic of the actual bird is the Whiskey Jack bird. There is a bottle of ale called whiskey jack- just to show you, not that I like it. I like the funny looking bird, almost to portray a wise crack. I like the wings. And, I really like the bird that has no body lines, but the feathers coming out show the silhouette of the bird.
