As for as the logo's ratio... When you say 'logo' you mean: 1) the icon/image mark only or, 2) icon and word mark together? Can you please explain why the logo must honour such ratio? From this end it feels like some key information is kept as a secret while the more you elaborate the brief the better for your brand.

And thanks for that silent one star on my 2 hours of work trying to figure out what you might be after... Very discouraging indeed.

Please add more details, we can'T guess your thoghts...
