Brief de Design de Flyer

We need an A5 size flier for our new business. We would like this to be a fold-out flyer (brochure-style, i.e. 4 sides - front cover, middle, back cover). Full colour print (or 4 colour if it can be done without compromising the look). We need two versions of the same flyer - one in Chinese and one in English. Same design and imagery, just different languages. Copy is attached with imagery (subject to change once we source high res images).

• The front cover of the flier must be clean looking and show just our business name and tag line, along with an image of Sydney Harbour (provided). Main information ideally to be spread across the 2 centre pages with the back page quite clean, but if the text is too small we could consider it being spread across the remaining 3 pages (i.e. centre of the brochure, then the back cover).
• We would like it to be a clean and easy to read design. Suggested colours are written in the brief.
• It would be ideal to have a designer who can read Mandarin so that they know which characters make up a headline, which characters should not be spaced over two rows of text etc.
