Need banner that can be used as printed top of letter as well as a web banner for email signatures, etc. (see attached file for format)

The design must correspond with the invitation we have done, which is attached.

Thank you all very much for your interest in this project. Due to an error on my part, I posted this project as a public contest when I meant to make it exclusive for Adorina Apex Graphic. I will be choosing them as the designer of this project.
