Brief de Design de Logo

Looking for a logo for start up real estate brokerage. We are kinda a cross between a traditional brokerage and a company like comfree or property guys. With us, the customer can choose to list with our "owner assisted" package, where they pay a flat fee to have us take the pictures & measurements, and load their listing on the MLS system, while doing the showing themselves.

Alternatively, they can hire us a full service brokerage , and we will look after all aspects of the sale of their home. What I would like is a logo that has two variations in colour (in order to differentiate which choice they have made). I want something that is different than your traditional real estate logo with buildings in it.

We also offer a "Buyer's Rebate" for those who wish to use us to find them a home and write the offer.
