Brief de Web Design

Briefing:

Golden Threads is an online personalized embroidery shop targeting mainly three customer segments:
1) lovers and marring couples
2) close friends wishing to give unique gifts
3) moms with new born baby personalized gifts

These customers are being served through our three major business lines:
1) Bathrobes and towels with personalized embroidery
2) Embroidered pillows and cushions
3) baby gifts with costumed baby sets stitched


Requirements:

The business has been recently established with moderate variety of products introduced so far. The website must consists of four major pages; a home page and three pages for every single business line. All images necessary for the web design are shareable upon request for copyright reasons if necessary. Please post a few products in each page to make it easy for the employee to use as benchmarks to upload other products.

The website also should contain all items and buttons exist in any e-commerce website such as:

1- social links:

2- Help:
a. Delivery & Returns (inside KSA)
I. Delivery:
- Rush: within 3 business days (SAR 90)
- Express: within 5 business days (SAR 65)
- Standard: 7-10 business days ( SAR 35)
II. Returns: We guarantee you will love our product. But if you don't like it, send it back to us within two days from delivery and we will donate it to a charity and return your money subject to our terms and conditions.

Remarks:

- This website is mainly aimed at customers in Saudi Arabia where some contents may not appeal to people from such country and results in your participation being excluded from the contest.

- You are the expert and if I am a webdesigner, I would have not posted this contest, so please use your our own judgment and creativity to come up with the best experience possible.

- Use our Instagram account as your first reference to understand our business as it is our major channel that has been used to reach our customers. Please don't use the pictures with poor quality as we will be replacing them with other images with better quality.

- We intend to have this website bilingual (i.e English and Arabic), so if you can translate it into Arabic, then we will pay you an extra $100 in addition to the contest price.

- If in doubt, please feel free to ask any question and suggestions are always encouraged and warm welcomed.

- If you succeed in this contest, you will be chosen as our ultimate Web designer. That means you will have a long relationship providing services to our customers under one of our businesses that aims at preparing start-up companies establishing their business.
