And I advise you as an experienced designer, interior and exterior design should be created by the same designer to get professional work and to be a harmony between both.

Could you possibly specify which of the sides of the coffee shop you plan on having the patio/outdoor seating (in case there is one)? Or are you leaving it up to the designer to decide?
Also, looking at the plans you drew, I'm assuming the structure isn't connected to any other buildings. But if it is, it would be good to know, since that can impact some of the design choices.

There will be no outdoor area but in the design there should be an area that can be opened and closed based on the weather so if so see from the sketch the front side I want it to be all glass that can open and close with a small outside sitting deck that can be extracted and retracted
