Brief de Web Design

We need a ravamp to our current website. I prefer a professional corporate modern feel to it.

My Current Website is www.creativemarketingincentives.biz. Please redesign the homepage and the /certs page first....see attached document for specific instructions..

There is a lot of content at the bottom but maybe we can shorten that by using titles and a pop up of the details or something so it doesnt take too mcuh space...or maybe a red more hyperlink to see the rest of info in pop up or something or new page...
