Brief de Design de Logo

My name is Heather Thatcher and I am looking for a logo design for my online wellness coaching business. I am a Registered Nurse and I'm taking my health promotion practice online. I provide custom health and wellness coaching to clients with chronic health concerns and we come up with a plan to support their health through plant-based nutrition, physical activity and exercise, mindfulness based stress reduction, meditation, an understanding of cravings and why it is so hard to change... a very holistic view of their health. My name is the brand, but my title is the Vitality Lifeguard and my colours are teals, natural wood - think ocean/beach. I am looking for a logo that would embody the Vitality Lifeguard but not necessarily include "the Vitality Lifeguard" in the logo. I am very open to suggestion, and don't necessarily have an idea in mind. Unleash your creativity! I'm excited to see what you can create for me.

• I want it to be something more organic, stylistic, hinting at something but not necessarily just a picture of something. The colours should be teals, light tan, natural wood shades and/or charcoal. I am looking that gives the idea of holistic wellness, plant based nutrition, sustainable healthy lifestyles (my previous self designed logo had an infinity symbol but I'm not attached to that)
