We need an awesome logo design for our new restaurant. The name of the place is Casa Gallo (Rooster House). We chose this name since the restaurant is located in a small farmer’s town where in the past there were farmer’s cock fights. Although its location, we do not want a Logo that conveys a farm. We want something modern and cool. We would prefer a rooster/cock or its shape in the logo. Why we want it to be modern? Because this small town where is located the restaurant is next to a highly dense populated high end/rich city where our potential customers are. Also, because the facade of the store will look traditional/Spanish colonial but inside it will have a modern look.
What will the restaurant serve?:
Traditional/typical food served in a fast or to go way. Think of chipotle American restaurant chain to get an idea of the concept. We plan to offer a wide selection of dishes that can be purchased by portion or weight.
Target Customers: Adults from 25 to 40 years old, male and female. Mid to High income socio economic level. People looking for well prepared and tasty traditional food. People who do not want to arrive home after work to start cooking. People who is looking for a convenient ($) option for day to day breakfast/lunch/dinner. People who appreciate fast service and to go.
Points of diference:
1. Wide variety of traditional food dishes - made-at-home like
2. Good value for money prices and sales-by-weight option – you pay for what you choose to eat
3. Modern and Cool look in contrast with its traditional food offering
4. Very active in the community of the small town where it is located
5. Mainly in touch with customers through social media - continuous content creation
