Brief de Design de Logo

I need a logo that can be used as a watermark for a website which will feature color as well as black and white rock concert pictures and memorabilia. Logo should be monocolor and capable of being adjusted to varying degrees of transparency so that it will work on dark as well as light colored images. Logo must be compatible with Adobe and SmugMug. Logo will be featured prominently on each image so it cannot be so "busy" as to interfere with the underlying image but still active enough so that it cannot be easily edited out. Logo can play on the words "Rockin" "Houston" or the entire name. Logo will be adjusted to varying sizes per image.
