We are looking to Design the “IOLTA Massachusetts Interest on Lawyers’ Trust Accounts” Logo. Below are the specifications for the logo:

1.Their state colors are Teal/Teal-Green and Gold - but it is not necessary to stick with these colors. We definitely want Teal to be one of the primary colors.

2.We are interested in the State Outline for Massachusetts and/or the Scales of Justice or court background, without it getting too busy. Modern, Elegant and Conservative

3.They are a highly professional organization whose audience include Financial institutions and Attorneys.

4.We need the entire name in the logo – the word “IOLTA” being predominant on the logo - Massachusetts Interest on Lawyers’ Trust Accounts might be used as a tagline - both options are welcome.

5.Their goal is equal access to justice and serving low income who have legal issues.

Below are the technical specifications:

• We need the file in ESP for printing as well as PSD with all the layers, colors and fonts for web.
• The main file must be scalable (PSD and EPS)
• The logo must have editable text
• Include all Font files
• The logo must be suitable for all sizes - from business cards to billboards
• The text and graphic element must be balanced
• Non-standard fonts must include a link to the font used in both the item description and a help file.
• The file must be CMYK
• Files, layers and swatches must be organized and easy to use
• The item must include a help file to list the fonts used
• Layers and objects should not be locked
• There should be no visible guides
• The file must be constructed well
• The EPS file must be version 6 or later
• There should be no stray points
• There should be no open paths
• Layers and objects should not be hidden
• The file cannot contain rasterized elements or un-expanded effects
• Graphics must be made using paths and the shape tool
• Black and white logo resolution and scalability
