Brief de Design de Catalogue

We need a booklet design for our Raw Honey business that is based in Dubai. Something clean and niche as our honey is special /very expensive. We have 12 types of honey and each type has its health benefits. As well we are very active on social media so will be good to be very creative and find a way through out this booklet to connect with the consumer. DO NOT inspire from the material i have send you (with the exception of wording)as this was done at the beginning of our business year so we would like something different.
I have attached the specs as we will be printing it in that format. We are looking to find a design source for future projects in various media formats.
Try to use a clean font and not funny ones (please try and find BLOSSOM'S LOGO fonts)

THE FINAL DESIGN SHOULD LOOK LIKE A EDUCATIONAL BOOK FOR HONEY USERS BUT HAVE A PERSONAL FEEL. BE CREATIVE! HAVE FUN!
