Brief de Design de Logo

Wording/font - I would like the name CIVILIZED PRIMATE in all caps and in the "dreaming of lillian" style font. Feel free to tweek the font a bit but I like the style of this font alot. Right below the civilized primate name I would like a banner or bar with the the word INDUSTRIES in it. I would preferably like the banner or bar to have a metal appearance.

Character - I would like a simple but stylized gorilla rising above the text. I was thinking just the torso up meaning the gorillas torso starts where the top of the text ends. I want him mostly facing forward/front view. I have some sample gorilla illustrations I really like attached. I want the gorillas hands positioned in a yoga meditation position, arms out to the side, pointer finger and thumb forming a circle and other fingers fanned out. I have also put a picture for reference for this, its not a great one but its the best I can find. I also want the gorilla to be wearing a neck tie or a bow tie around his neck, solid white, grey accents or shading is ok. I want the gorilla to be any shades of grey and black you see best and I want his eyes to be solid white. I want the gorillas mouth to be closed and NOT smiling.
