Brief de Design de Panneau
Our real estate company is looking for a new sign design to hang from in post in the front yard of the homes we are selling. Our company name is Crossroad Homes and we are open to any ideas. Attached for you is our company logo and name. The font is Trajan Pro. We are looking for a classy sign to put in front of our high end more expensive homes. You can either choose to include or not include the words "FOR SALE" on the sign (in our state, only about 1/2 of the real estate signs have room for those words. It is implied with a sign in the yard in front of a home). Thank you.
24 inches wide is important. and the height should be either 18, 24 or 30 inches. For printing purposes either of those heights will work. 18 inches is common, but some signs look great that are taller too. I'm open.
If you have any ideas for some better text options, styles or fonts, feel free to play with it.
P.S. Please feel free to play with the colors. We are not at this point set on a particular color scheme. Colors we think are nice but you may have other better ideas are black, red, white, gold, green

Please disregard the previous update regarding dimensions being only 24"x18".
The ACTUAL DIMENSIONS should be the following:
Exactly 24 inches wide.
Exactly one of the options for the height - either 18, 24 or 30 inches tall. All 3 will work with my printer. The 18" tall is common, but there are some great looking taller signs too. Feel free to experiment.
