Brief de Design de Logo

We need a Logo so a SMB based in Australia that delivers digital solutions, cloud, consulting and web design with seo.
Create a Logo, that encompasses a strong, clean design.
Title can be as Blacksmith Digital Solutions OR Blacksmith Digital OR Blacksmith DS OR Just utilising the 'B' with the tag line as the name of the business.
We would like the logo to be able to be used on White and Black backgrounds. We like Red, Black and White, but are open to designers suggestions. The logo it totally open and not set in stone, as we are looking for ideas, from the 'B' as a logo, to the part or whole business name. It must be clean and not overly complex. Modern is the key!
