Hello, I am launching a new Human Resources consulting firm and I need a logo. I am based in the San Francisco area, but will work globally. You can see some information on my new firm here: https://guiaconsulting.com/

The term Guia means 'guide' in spanish. So I'm looking for a logo that combines a focus on people and organizations, with the perspective of my firm which can serve as a guide to assist the company, improve their organizational capabilities and increase revenue and productivity. The logo should communicate confidence, forward thinking, and incorporate the theme of a guide

• I prefer not to have the letters GC as the logo , but prefer an abstract image representing my company tied to people I support
• Also I don't like green
