Brief de Design de Logo

I need a logo for a new company based in Switzerland called MooWood. I design & will engrave wooden products starting with cutting boards.

The draft website to get a sense for the designs can be found here: https://moowood.ch (far from ready to release, but you will find some pictures of previous work).

The design will be used both on the website / invoices, etc., and also be made into a steel iron that will be branded onto the products, so a "wood branding" version of the logo should work as a monochromatic logo that does not have too much detail that will be lost in the wood branding process.

Though open to other design ideas as well, the logo should somehow reflect the fact that it is a high quality / luxury wood products business. I had the idea playing around with the M and W (same letter - upside down), maybe this would be an option as well.
