Brief de Design de T-shirt

We need a design for the back of our new winter range hoodies. We are an environmental company and I would like to include aspects of Lord Howe Island into the design. Especially the mountain profile. I have included a copy of our logo and the hoodies will be Navy, Grey and Black. Our general colour scheme is Orange, Grey, Black and White - i have included an example of our advertising FYI. I would also be happy to incorporate blue and green. the design should be no bigger than 30cm x 30cm and ideally we would like an option that we could embroider as well as screen print so simpler is preferred.
