To develop a logo for the coaching organization "within" the larger organization of the Metropolitan Washington D.C. Synod of the Evangelical Lutheran Church in America. This logo will become the brand identifier for our work of bringing coaching and coaching processes to the work of pastors and congregations in the Washington DC area.
