Brief de Design de Logo

We need a new logo for our start-up accounting practice based in Brisbane Australia. Basically we started our practice because we wanted to break away from the old traditional accounting model and rejuvenate the industry. 'Invigorate' is to 'give strength or energy to' and that is what we want to do with small business owners. We want to be more that accountants and become the source of power for their business to truly add value. I would like designs to use the colour yellow or orange (like the sun) and it should communicate strength, energy and passion. I have attached a document which outlines my style preference so if its similar to that, then I'll be happy with it.
