Brief de Design de Logo

We need a logo for a Real Estate company named 10th West. We do rentals, fix and flips, and developments. Want a logo that you know it has to do with housing by the logo. I've attached 3 example logos that we like. The one I tend to favor is the Dekko logo, but we are open to new ideas as well. We like the blue used on the Dekko. Color scheme we are leaning towards is blue, grey, & black. Want a logo that will look good on both a dark and light background
