Brief de Design de Logo

The practice name is "Studio 15b". This name is derived from my home street address which is where the practice resides. Studio 15b specialises in Residential projects (new homes, major refurbishment, alterations + additions), Multi-Residential projects (townhouses, apartments, etc) and Commercial/Retail/Hospitality buildings or Fit-outs.

In terms of what I want to project to potential clients, words such as below come to mind:
- creative, we have fun with our work, we are fun to work with, we are small/boutique which allows us to be personable and accessible
- we collaborate with our clients to achieve their dreams, we use our skills to refine your brief
- (home clients) we listen, we learn about you and the way you live, we are passionate about improving the way you experience your home, We like to design our homes so that most of the year there is no requirement for mechanical ventilation (heating or cooling), allowing the breezes in summer and the sun in winter.
- (developer clients) dedicated, practical, experienced, we take budgets seriously we have a passion for making the world a more beautiful place, whether people are buying a one bedroom apartment or the penthouse in a development you should be able to access beautiful design and use of space.
- (small commercial clients) we want to get to know your business so we can make it shine, give it flare yet practicality, make you stand out from the crowd
- (heritage or refurbishment or alterations & additions) we are adaptive, resilient and willing to take on challenges, we have a special interest in adaptive reuse of buildings
- we like to use simple materials in clever and interesting ways

Because the name is derived from our house address, I thought the logo could be derived from an aspect of our 100 year old house. Some of the windows are beautiful stained glass for example. I have started the idea of the logo design and will attach. If you could improve on this it would be great. Text included in the logo should be "Studio 15b" and "Architecture + Interior Design".
