Brief de Design de Flyer

I'm looking for a front and back flyer design for my new company ZAG Outdoor Media. We're an outdoor billboard company and you're welcome to check out the site to get a better idea of who we are. wwww.zagoutdoor.com

What I am looking for is for someone to design a flyer using all of the text from my PDF document which I have uploaded. The PDF is uploaded under "real estate media packet 2"

I would say I'm looking for a real clean and crisp look. This particular flyer is going to used in a more serious atmosphere and needs to have a real professional feel to it. I know it's a lot of text so it will limit the design but I'm hoping someone can design something that grabs the eye & feels professional.

I'm not looking for the document to not only be re-sized but rather redesigned. I am looking for someone to take the text from my document and create their own flyer. Try and have a theme of orange & dark grey because they're the company colors, I don't mind a little black but try to keep a theme of orange & dark grey. I am open to new layouts but it can't be overly flashy and the text must go in the same order.


MUST HAVES**

- Resemble the company's colors. Orange and Grey
- I am looking for a flyer size of 10"H x 6.5" Wide.
- Must be professional and business orientated. - Think "Trump"
- The document has to have all of the text, and in the order that it is in, no text can be left out.
- Please remove the words from the two sketch drawings of the billboards.
