Brief de Design de Logo

I'm looking for a redesign of my logo and name.
Most agents use their first and last name, however, i'm trying to use a generic name with a memorable symbol. I have included samples of past designs and the old logo as well as one of the finalists for my new logo design.
The design can be played with to make it your own creation as long as it still gives the impression of a bird.

To make the company memorable, I've been using ' Property Bird ' as my company name and the logo can be seen on www.propertybird.ca which is an old website...don't judge me..LOL

The image is somewhat cartoon-ish and I've been told it doesn't represent me properly and that people with million dollar homes would not take me seriously with that logo. Thus I've committed to changing it. The current design also looks like an owl, thus people remember it as "property OWL" which is counter-productive since you wont find me on google with that name... thus the image has to be abstract in order for people to associate it with a generic bird, not a specific species of bird.

• 3) Nice would be some sort of appeal to Asian, Indian, communities
