Brief de Design de Logo

We are a ski racing club. We have attached a version of the logo that we had done earlier this year. We would like you to draw inspiration from this logo. The blue used in this logo is our team colors. One of the things we do not like about this version is the horizontal lines in the background, we'd like something that would have more of a solid background shading. We like the crest format of this logo as this will be used on clothing primarily. I have also attached another logo for the Manitoba Alpine ski division. This is a yellow logo that is shaped like a cress with a rounded bottom. We would like to have a similar rounded bottom on our logo. Both of these logos are used beside each other frequently. We are not tied to the current logo attached but are looking for creative alternatives to this.

I have also attached an example of our Team Jacket where this logo would be used on the front chest as a crest.
