Brief de Design de Logo

I need a logo for a new company I'm in the process of creating - called 'GourmetBrew'.

'GourmetBrew' will be a monthly subscription-based service for lovers of craft beers and good food. Each month, subscribers will receive a gift pack of beers from a different independent brewery (from the UK or around the world), along with the 'ideal snacking accompaniment' hand-picked to suit that beer, and unique tasting notes.

The focus is definitely on the beer (NB; the food is just an accompaniment), so the logo should also focus on this aspect of the business.

I'm completely open to which colours are chosen (although I would like a design that is still recognisable in a variety of colours and black and white). I also don't mind whether it's just lettering, or whether some kind of beer-related icon is also incorporated within the design (e.g. pint glass, beer bottle, etc) - am looking for some creativity.

I have a tagline of 'Embrace The Taste' - but I don't mind whether this is incorporated within the logo or not. Similarly, the website for the business will be www.gourmetbrew.co.uk - but I don't mind whether that's included in the logo or not.
