Brief de Design de Logo

Need a new creative/classy/sleek/modern logo design for our wedding photography company. We cater to women(duh) but also higher end weddings and since the lead photographer is also a male we don't want a feminine design we want our logo to reflect that. I personally envisioned a D and S (for Diamond Street) as the main logo element, creatively intertwined. Then below, it would read Diamond Street and photography under that. I would prefer the logo element in color (you're the designers, you can make the color choices) and then the Diamond can be a grey and the Street can be the matching color of the logo. We're open to any color choices. FYI: While I have always liked logos with the abbreviated letters intertwined I will say if you have an idea you think is awesome feel free and share. We trust creatives so be creative. Just no cheesy clip art of cameras please. Thanks again!!

• I want the DS as a main element (choose a color). Then I want under it DIAMONDSTREET (one of these should match the color of the element while the other is a neutral color like dark grey) Then under that is photography.

• Would like a creative way of intertwining the DS as the main element. I have always been interested in those kind of logos.
