Why not guarantee the payment? Since you are willing to pay

If I don't see what I want why pay, but if you put time into something, you get rewarded. I am asking for a service and will pay for that service. I am also putting time into this and expect a quality product for what Im paying. I believe in what you put in you get out. Hope thats not to harsh.
