Brief de Design de Logo

We are looking for a simple yet classy, modern and contemporary logo to showcase our new company which specialises in the sale of modern and contemporary, state of the art homes in southern Spain. The houses are white, built in sleek design with straight lines, lots of glass and infinity pools worth €1m-€10m. We need a simple yet stand out logo for "Contemporary Homes Marbella". Suggestions would be to use the CHM initials with shadow and possibly reflection underneath with the "Contemporary Homes Marbella" name underneath or beside it. Lines can be used as well if needed to bring together the CHM and the name into one closer logo but it is not essential.
We do not want roofs or house shapes used as these are always used, as are palm trees or other geographical pointers to Spain.
Colour schemes proposed are dark grey palettes or black, silver, possibly dark blue but think that these are the main colours to convey luxury, prestige, sleek, minimalist, clean lines, cutting edge design of our products and professionalism from a specialist property consultant.
