We require a double sided postcard design with the following measurements:
148mm x 210mm
Leaving space for address and stamp on the back
(Printer requirements: 3mm internal bleed on each document and 3mm external bleed on each document. Digital file supplied as a press ready PDF. Full colour CMYK and please include trim marks
On the front the following large text (and any of your graphics):
'We lodge plans of subdivision'
I NOTE THAT THE WORDS SHOULD BE THE FOCUS POINT AND THE GRAPHICS SHOULD NOT BE TOO DOMINATING.
On the back:
Address panel and stamp section to the right and then the following text to the left:

Preparation of Land Titles Office Form 10 (Plan of Subdivision or Consolidation) and Limited/Unlimited Owners Corporation Information; Arrange for mortgagee consent, stamping of plan and making title available; Lodge plan at Land Titles Office; Follow up your surveyor for Statement of Compliance, Follow up Land Titles Office and notify you immediately upon registration.
PRICE SECTION:
If you do not hold a mortgage over the title our office will collect the new titles on your behalf. ...) for $330.00 (50% discount off normal price) including GST for new clients. We are prompt, friendly and fully understand property developers needs.
